Decision time is fast approaching
in the next two months you'll be deciding on flight options;
Take a 12-15 hour flight, most likely with 1 change of planes....
Good - if you are crunched for time, or flying business class.
Better - use a stop-over city to make the journey
on two separate days,
with a day or more of sight-seeing in between flying days.
I'll be emailing a form for you to rank your city preferences.
Then we can compare by air fares & flight times the cities of your choice.

- Do you wish to adjust to the time zone changes BEFORE arriving in Budapest by taking a mid-journey stopover of one or two or more nights? I suggest if only 1 night we select a hotel linked to the airport. Sight-see upon arrival, then back to the hotel, with an easy arrival to the airport (and breakfast before the flight) the next day.
- Want to arrive a day or more earlier in Budapest? (Grant and I will be doing this then taking day-trips into the country-side)
- Would you prefer the layover to be in an English speaking country? (Actually, avoid going off the beaten path, and you should feel confident of being understood in most countries).
- Does experiencing some place new sound exciting to you?
- Is there a convenient transfer hub on your bucket list?
